The ZT 70 is the ideal Disintegration Tester when the actual Disintegration Times and Statistic are required. 

The Disintegration Time of each single sample is determined by a system which incorporates a ring magnet in the USP style Disc and a sensor under the USP sieve. The system is even suitable for samples which leave debris such as coating material or gelatine.

The programme menu in combination with the alpha-numeric membrane keypad and the illuminated graphic 8x40 LC display allow storage of up to 60 product parameters (product name, -number, -form, temperature, min./average/max. Disintegration time).



Results and Statistics can be displayed on the end of the test-run.


The unit is available with one, two, three or four test stations with the special USP automated Disintegration Rack Assembly.

Results,statistics, product data and temperature of the warming solution can be hard-copied when a suitable printer is connected to the standard parallel printer interface.

Optional a Windows™ based software “ZT-WIN” is available for external control, storage of results and data processing.
