For automated Quality Control and Trend Analysis the TRB 16 as well as the TRD 8 can be connected to the ERWEKA MultiCheck by an automatic Switch and a Vacuum Transport System. 

At the Windows based AutoDoc software the interval for transport of the tablets to the MultiCheck and the number of samples to test is entered.

The tablets are separated, transported and inserted into the MultiCheck and then automatically tested for weight, thickness, diameter and hardness.

The results are stored at the PC. results, statistics and trend analysis can be displayed or hardcopied by a connected printer.
