Brief Overview
a) In this type of milling, the product is sized by means of the
movement of the stator. The product is pressed through a
predefined opening.
b) The SG can be used for powders with particle sizes ranging from a
maximum of 1 cm to a minimum of 150 μm. Its output ranges
from 1000 kg/h to 2000 kg/h. There are suitable sieve drums
(wire mesh, perforated plate, and rasp) available for every
application and every product.
c) All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel
and the plastic seals are made of FDA approved materials
(EPDM, PTEF). The SG Line is thus suitable for use in the
harmaceutical, food, and fine chemicals industries.
