Double Cone Mixer, DKM
Mixer for the mixing of free flowing powders and granules. The unit form, multi-dimensional arrangement of the mixer walls ensures good and rapid mixing. The 11.9 l st.steel mixing vessel has a working capacity of approx. 50 %.
Cube Mixers
The Cube Mixer uses the tumbling motion to produce a homogenous blend within a short time. Different versions and materials are available for the Cube Mixer.
Acrylic glass, 3.5 l. volume, 40% working capacity. KB 15- Stainless Steel, 3.5 l. volume, 40% working capacity, KB 15 S
- Acrylic glass, 8.0 l. volume, 40% working capacity, KB 20
- Stainless Steel, 8.0 l. volume, 40% working capacity, KB 20 S
The Cube Mixer is attached to the Drive Unit via the Universal Gear.
High Speed Mixer, SW1/-S
Mixer operating on the plough-share principle for the mixing of powders, granules and other products of fibre nature. Quantity ratios of up to 1:100.000 can be mixes homogenously in only a few minutes.
The mixing drum (5 litres, working capacity max. 70%) can be rotated through 180° and has a removable cover for loading and emptying.
Drum Hoop Mixer, RM
Drum Hoop Mixer with diagonal placement of the drum within the hoop. The rotation of the hoop itself produces an uniform, three dimensional displacement of the material to be processed and hence a tumbling mixing action.
The mixer comprises of two parts:
drive support and drum hoop with acrylic mixing drum.
Mixer YM 5
ERWEKA mixer YM 5 with Y-shaped mixing vessel for the gentle mixture of solid well flowing materials (bulk materials). The rotary motion of the mixing vessel makes a particularly homogeneous mixture possible and is suitable for sensitive materials. For optimal filling, emptying and cleaning the mixing vessel is equipped with three capacious openings.
- Volume of mixing container: 5 litres
- recommended filling volume: 1.5 litres (30%) and 0 - 40 RPM.
All parts coming into contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
