Hosokawa - Mikro-Bantam Impact Mill
The Mikro-Bantam is ideally suited for granular to fine grinding tasks, producing batches from one quart to 55 gallons in size. It is capable of dry milling and provides accurate scale-up to our complete line of larger Mikro-Pulverizer mills. Mikro-Bantam mills grind, blend and disperse in a single, nearly dust free operation. Intensive action thoroughly mixes dissimilar ingredients into a finished product. Because the grinding system is mechanically controlled, Mikro-Bantam mills provide accuracy in particle size control. Once the mill is set to deliver a certain product, it will continue to produce exactly the same result without adjustment.
The Mikro-Bantam is an industrial quality mill designed to last a lifetime. The housing is cast bronze or stainless steel and the liners and grinding media are heavy duty stainless steel. Design options include pharmaceutical, cryogenic grinding, continuous production, and explosion proof electrical components.
