IKA - Inline operation

The IKA® machines type MHD and DR-PB are specially made for powder wetting in fully continuous operation. While the MHD is suited for highest powder concentrations (up to 80% in one passage) the DR-PB ist equipped with three freely configurable dispersing stages in series for the best possible particle size reduction. The solids as well as the liquid phase are dosed to both machines via dosing systems like e.g. pumps or screw conveyors.
