Wet Granulator with oscillating rotor for the production of wet granules. The granules can be produced in varying sizes dependant on the sieve mesh employed.

The unit is supplied as standard with two sieves, 1.0 and 1.6 mm MW respectively. Sieves with MW 0.315, 0.63, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.15 mm are available. Sieves with other MW are available on request.

The capability of the apparatus is max. 30 kg/h, according to mesh size of the sieve.

All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel.

The granulating unit TG 2000 fully conforms with the latest safety requirements. All parts coming into contact with the material are made of stainless steel.

The max. capacity is 20 kg/h.
 

The Dry Granulator is equipped with two breaking combs and two 70 mm long breaking rollers. The breaking rollers turning from the inside outward and the two breaking combs guarantee a very good grinding process. The grain size of the granulate amounts about 1 mm. During the grinding process only a small powder portion (max. 25%) results.
