- Liquids: Dosing and Filling Unit, FDF
The two station Dosing and Filling Unit is suitable for the drop-free filling for all types of liquids. The dispense volume is easy to adjust. Sterilisation of Pumps and Valves is possible within a short time. Different Pumps are available for the FDF. DP 30 allows volumes from 5 to 30 ml, DP 150 from 20 to 150 ml. Various filling nozzles are available. Optional the standard unit can be supplied with 6 an 8 mm Ø. Max. output is 2.000 fills/hour.
- Semi Solid: Dosing Machine, FDS
The Dosing Machine FDS is suitable for filling precise quantities of ointments, cremes, emulsions and similar products into tubes, cans, bottles etc. The standard dosing range is 10 to 200 ml. All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (hopper 19 l. volume). Filling nozzles with 2, 4 and 8 mm are part of the standard package. Optional a Pump for filling 0.5 to 25 ml is available.
- Suppository Moulding
The Suppository Moulding Machine SG 4/W is intended for the production of moulded Suppositories, Lipsticks and similar moulded products. The mixing vessel is thermostatically heated (5 l. volume, 65% max. capacity).
Stirring, mixing and melting are achieved in a single operation and are not interrupted during the filling process.
Different kind of moulds are availabe on customers request.
