The system will be designed with a pneumatic actuated drip-proof nozzle with a pneumatic lifter firmly mounted on a mild steel column. Operator can easily and conveniently position the nozzle over the discharging bunghole of each drum. On activating a switch, the pump decent to the correct raw material drum level and commence pumping of the liquid into the drum.

The complete system will include the following mechanical components:

• Mild steel structure coated with epoxy paint c/w pneumatic lifting device
   
• Half bottom up / bottom up fill method, dispensing nozzle equipped with non-drip nozzle
   
• Stainless steel dispensing lance equipped with bulk and dribble fill mechanism. The pneumatic cylinder is constructed by Festo with anodised aluminium
   
• Control panel (non-explosive type) with all pneumatic/electronic components
   
• Optional overflow prevention cut-off sensor
   
• Totalizer counter for number of drum filled for every batches or end of the day as per requested
   
• Full Automated System with multi-drum filling and synchronized roller conveyor is available from SPAFIL.
