IKA - Dispersers inline
Within the same construction size all dispersing machines of the series 2000 are far reaching convertible. For example from an UTL to a DR-machine, or vice versa. Constant parameters for speed and geometry of the generator allow an exact scale up. All machines are suitable for CIP respectively SIP design, materials and quality of surfaces are in accordance to the recommendation of FDA and EHEDG.
Dispersing tools are interchangeable within one construction size. The drives can be adapted to the respective conditions such as quantities, power consumption, protection type or Ex-protection.
For working in the laboratory scale the Labor-Pilot is the right machine. It is a single-stage dispersing machine, which by means of different modules can be extended to a three-stage dispersing machine, a dispersing machines for mixing powdery materials into liquids or to a colloid mill.
