IKA - Dilution plants
This picture shows an inline mixing and diluting plant.
Originally it was especially designed for diluting 70% lauric ether sulphate to form a 28% dilution or weaker. With an appropriate extension it is also possible and economical to mix several components homogeneously in one passage. The core here is also the DISPAX-REACTOR.
The plant is therefore of particular importance in the liquid detergent industry because transport costs are saved here on the one hand and on the other hand increased flexibility with regard to recipe, further dilutions and multi-component mixtures is attained.
Both in the field of household detergents as well as in the body cleaning and skin care sector this plant has proven to be successful on many occasions.
Sizes: 3,000 l/h up to 20,000 l/h
