Frewitt - CCD-450
Brief Overview
a) The CCD-450 lump breaker is equipped with two crushing rollers
and can handle solids such as cakes, slugs, clumps, or other
hard products ranging from 1 cm to 30 cm in size.
b) The flow rate is approximately 4000 kg/h. Depending on the
quantity of raw material, the rotor speed, and the consistency of
the product, a size-reduction factor between 5 and 15 is achieved
with the CCD-450 model.
c) Both series fulfill the requirements of the GMP and FDA directives
as well as the ATEX 94/9/EG directives, therefore being safely
applicable in the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical
industries.
