The ERWEKA ZT 70 series with 100% USP/EP/JP compliant sieves (not split) and discs (weight & size) provide automatic determination of tablet disintegration time of each sample; accommodating both partially and fully disintegrated samples without the need of additional test baskets and sieves. 

The ZT 70 series is available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 test stations, built with both parallel (standard) and USB (optional) printer interface to permit printing of each sample disintegration time as well as complete statistics. Alternatively, data can be stored using our CFR 21/Part 11 compliant software (optional). This way disintegration results can be proven in the event of an external audit.
