Hosokawa - Alpine 100 AFG Fluidized Bed Opposed Jet Mill
The Alpine 100 AFG Jet Mill offers innovative technology in jet milling with internal classification. Designed as a compact system, this jet mill can be used for materials which are heat sensitive and with Moh’s hardness up to 10. Its internal classifier wheel maintains a tight particle size distribution, thus ensuring product quality. Several modifications of the basic unit are available including Clean-In-Place (CIP) and/or Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) systems, as well as those designed for complete product and explosion containment. The low noise emission (less than 85 Db (A)), and lower overall energy consumption make the Alpine 100 AFG Jet Mill ideal for lab and pilot plant environments.
