Frewitt - Hammer Mill
High performance and future-oriented
With the MFH generation of hammer mills, Frewitt has developed a precision instrument for applications in the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical industries. The MFH line is especially suited for grinding and pulverizing hard, crystalline, or fibrous products. It is capable of outputs of less than 300 kg/h, up to as much as 5000 kg/h. The process: as the grist flows into the milling chamber, it contacts the hammer side of the rotor and is rendered into a fine-grained, finished product. An adjustable paddle wheel conveys the product into the milling chamber, thus assuring a controlled fill level and a dust-free milling process. The rotor can be turned to the hammer side for processing hard and crystalline products, or to the blade side for fibrous products. It is thus possible to achieve any grain size desired with any milling or cutting process.
