Nerak - Grid Belt Conveyors
Conveyors using our unique "rubber chains" with polyester rods as the load carrying track can function in many aggressive environments. The corrosion resistant components allow washdown without ill effect and are therefore ideal in spray tunnels and cooling tanks - as used in the rubber industry.
Grid belt conveyors are primarily used in raw rubber cooling systems. Two or more rubber block chains are connected by polyester rods which form a continuous joint free surface. NERAK grid belts with "rubber chains" and polyester rods provide a conveyor which eliminates damage to soft unvulcanised rubber whether used in dip tanks, spray or air cooling applications.
