Krämer dedusters feature:

• Small surface covered: 50x50 cm
• Steel material according to DIN 1.4435 (316L)
• FDA and CE compliant construction and design
• Low power consumption: 150-250 Watt
• Height adjustable telescopic columns adapting to the exact inlet height for tablets, capsules, etc.
• The position of the product inlet and outlet can be adapted to the room layout
• The vertical conveying and dedusting process of the product can be visual controlled over the whole conveying height at all times
• Service friendly cleaning. Easy dismantling for cleaning without tools
• No screws can get lost in the product sensitive area
• Electronic controller C810 with display of frequency and intensity
• The controller C810 is compatible with all Krämer dedusters, 10 memory locations for storage and reproduction of operating conditions
• Careful conveyance of products not damaging the product surface (e.g. the tablet surface)
• Continuous dust extraction through the central tube of the conveying helix
• Air jet for additional dedusting. Dust blown off the product is also exhausted and removed through slots into the central tube
